CTS Workshop Services Providing top quality service to our customers is the foundation of CTS and this is reflected in the loyalty we enjoy from our customers. Our workshops are fully equipped with the latest technology to facilitate fast efficient repairs and maintenance. Manufacturer- trained engineers ensure a quality service minimising customer downtime. Many of our larger customers have taken out service contracts tailored to their specific requirements. Our field engineering team is equipped for installation and on-site service of fixed equipment. If required an estimate will be given before any work is undertaken. CTS guarantee that all repairs are carried out using manufacturers’ original parts.
