New Hire Customers

To enable us to open a credit account we require you to return by fax or post a fully completed Credit Facilities Application Form.  We will usually process account applications for Limited Companies within one working day.

Where we are unable to provide full credit facilities a deposit to cover the value of the equipment you are hiring will be required.

Order Processing

Before delivery we require an official order.  All orders and contracts are subject to our standard Conditions of Hire.

To ensure a prompt service, please give as much information as possible:

1)      Equipment and accessories required

2)      Duration of hire

3)      Any specific frequencies required

4)      Site address at which radios will be used

5)      Delivery and collection address

Insurance

We cannot insure equipment whilst on hire and you are liable for any loss or damage incurred. It is your responsibility to arrange insurance to the value stated on the Hire Contract.

Delivery & Collection

• Within M25 (CTS van): - £10.00 per trip

• Nationwide (Next day carrier): - £15.00 each way (except weekends)

• Same day and other special delivery services on request
